In order for the seafood not to lose its beneficial properties, the soup must be brought to a boil and immediately removed from the heat. Do not boil !!!

Three Tomato Salad

A bright and colorful dish will create the right mood at the dining table. If you have yellow tomatoes, use them too - the salad will be stunning.

Ingredients

For 4-6 servings:

  • Shredded Parsley
  • 2-3 large fleshy tomatoes ("bovine heart") or tomatoes on a twig
  • 250 g small cherry tomatoes
  • A small package of ladies fingers tomatoes
  • Half red onion, finely chopped

For refueling:

  • 8 tbsp. l olive oil
  • 3 tbsp. l lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 tsp Sahara
  • Salt and ground black pepper

Cooking method:

  1. Cut large tomatoes into slices and arrange them on a large flat dish. Cut the remaining tomatoes in half and spread on top. Sprinkle with onion.
  2. Mix all the ingredients for seasoning. Leave on for at least half an hour so that the dressing is filled with the aroma of garlic. Get the garlic, pour the dressing tomatoes. Sprinkle the prepared salad with parsley and serve with crispy white bread.

Chicken and Spinach Lasagna

A classic of Italian cuisine. This time try to cook it with green spinach, chicken and tomatoes. If you buy a ready-made sauce, then the preparation of lasagna is easy and quick.

Ingredients

For 4 servings:

  • 1 tbsp. spoon of olive oil
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
  • 225 g young spinach
  • 350 g boiled or fried chicken breasts, chop meat
  • 12 boiled lasagna dough sheets
  • 600 g ready cheese sauce
  • 300 g ready tomato sauce
  • 75 g Cheddar or Parmesan cheese
  • 50 g pine nuts

Cooking method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Heat the oil in a pan, fry the onion, garlic, and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add spinach, cover and let it “tighten”. Add chicken pieces and mix. Season, remove from heat.
  2. Lay the base of the refractory mold with a capacity of 1.7 l with 4 sheets of dough for lasagna. Put one third of cheese sauce on the dough, then half the mixture with spinach. Cover with half a tomato sauce, and repeat several times, ending with a layer of lasagna dough and cheese sauce. Sprinkle cheese and nuts on top. Bake for 35-40 minutes and serve immediately.

Ingredients:

Dough:

  • 2 cups self-rising flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1/4 tsp drinking soda
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup boiling water
  • Vanilla
  • 2 bananas mashed in mashed potatoes

Cream:

  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup icing sugar
  • 1 tbsp. l hot milk (if the cream does not pour, you can add more milk)
  • 1 tbsp. l cocoa

Cooking method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Lubricate the cake pan.
  2. Mix all dry ingredients in a blender. Add eggs, water, banana puree and mix until smooth.
  3. Pour the dough into the prepared form. Bake for 35-45 minutes. Check the readiness with a wooden stick, it should go dry.
  4. Allow the cake to stand in the form of 10 minutes, then remove it and cool completely on the wire rack.
  5. To prepare the cream: beat cream cheese with icing sugar in a blender until smooth, smooth, add milk and cocoa, beat well again. Grease the cooled cake with cream.
