Dubai, UAE. Two hourly and per-minute car rental services began to operate in Dubai. The relevant agreements were signed by the Dubai Roads and Transport Committee with private companies Udrive and ekar.
Starting January 15, 200 cars are ready to serve residents and guests of the emirate at metro stations and other popular locations. The Udrive service provides cars from point A to point A - for 40 fils per minute (US $ 0.1), from point A to point B - for 50 fils per minute. In turn, the ekar service offers to get from point A to point B for 30 dirhams per hour (US $ 8.2) and return the car to the point of departure after rental for 24 dirhams per hour.
