Although Jared sees himself primarily as a musician, he has acting talent from God. He comes to the movies spontaneously and is shot very rarely. The forty-three-year-old artist has finally formed a “window” to seriously engage in the band 30 Seconds to Mars, which he founded in 1998 with his brother Shannon Leto and Croatian guitarist Tomo Milishevich.
Summer since childhood was a creative child, thinking not according to accepted standards. Having never finished the School of Visual Arts, Jared reached for his dream in the City of Angels. With only a couple of hundred dollars in his pocket, he went to California not for the sake of acting fame, but to be realized as a director.

In the film "Chapter 27", where he plays the killer of John Lennon, the actor gained about 30 kg. On the contrary, in the “Dallas Buyers Club,” Summer fantastically reincarnated as a transsexual Rayon, having thrown off 18 kilograms for this.
