Last summer days fly by one by one, more and more people are returning from annual vacations every day, which locals and foreign expats usually take in the summer to wait out the heat in cooler countries. Business activity is growing again, which is noticeable not only in the increased number of cars on the roads of the UAE, but also in the mailbox, which receives more and more new press releases and news. And there is something to write about - very soon, we will see loud premieres.
Firstly, the long-awaited Dubai Opera House - Dubai Opera opens. So now in Dubai there will finally be a theater platform, the quality of which has already been considered worthy by recognized masters of world art. The honor and right to open a new theater went to Placido Domingo, one of the greatest tenors in the world, who will perform at the opening of the Dubai Opera on August 31, 2016. Needless to say, there are dozens of times more people wishing to get to the opera house on this day than its maximum capacity! Actually, for theater-goers this is the only and last reason for sadness, because literally every day the theater’s work is scheduled for the next six months. Here are just the ones closest: September 2 and 4 - The Barber of Seville; September 5 - "Opera without words" (literally - hit parade of Italian opera); September 16 - the ballet "Giselle", and on the 15th and 17th - the ballet "Coppelia" performed by the Krasnoyarsk State Opera and Ballet Theater; September 22 and 23 - two days of the Vienna Opera, with two completely different programs; from September 26 to 30 - the most dangerous show from the illusionists from London. And in December, the Dubai Opera prepared two more surprises for the audience, announcing at once two delicious ice shows - the Nutcracker ballet on ice and Glory Polunin's Snow Show.
Secondly, again on August 31, IMG Worlds of Adventure, the world's largest indoor amusement park, will open its doors for visitors, equal in area to 28 football fields. And although its creators claim that there will be entertainment in the park not only for children, but also for adults, many have already regretted that they are not 10-12 years old - only listing the declared attractions will take at least half an hour, but in order to not a day is enough to get around them all! When this issue of the magazine is in your hands, the park will already open, and my advice to you is to postpone all things and be sure to go there with the whole family the very next weekend. Believe me - it's worth it!
There is still third, fourth, etc., but on one page it is simply impossible to fit all the news from the United Arab Emirates - in this Middle Eastern country, they are constantly working on new grandiose projects designed to ensure the influx of tourists. By the way, as soon as it became known, the United Arab Emirates led the TOP5 countries that Russian tourists chose to relax this fall, trying in this way to catch up with the passing summer.
