UAE topped the mental health rating

The United Arab Emirates has taken the leading lines in the global ranking of mental well-being.

Dubai, UAE. The United Arab Emirates took the leading positions in the world ranking of mental well-being - among 94 participating countries. The UAE scored 28 points out of 30 possible, according to the Mental Wellbeing Index, compiled by Soul Sanctuaries.

The closest pursuers include Indonesia (26), Mongolia (25), Kenya (25), Thailand (24), Iceland (24), Malta (24), Canada (24) and the USA. (24). Burundi has become the most disadvantaged country in terms of mental well-being. Interestingly, Bangladesh, Congo, Ukraine, Benin, China, Hungary, Serbia, Morocco and Tunisia received very low scores.

The UAE has become a leader due to the large number of sunny days. The study was compiled on the basis of six criteria: mental health, level of happiness, number of hours of sunshine, social life, nature and level of kindness.
