Residents of the United Arab Emirates this month can take advantage of the special offer of the Louvre Abu Dhabi and visit the museum together for one ticket.
Until September 30, the Louvre Abu Dhabi offers residents two tickets for the price of one. The promotion is valid until September 30th.
To take advantage of the special offer, you must present your Emirates ID.
The ticket costs 63 dirhams, including VAT ($ US 17).
The Louvre Abu Dhabi is a museum of art and civilization located in the Cultural District of Saadiyat Island in the capital of the United Arab Emirates. It was opened on November 8, 2017 as part of a 30-year agreement between the city of Abu Dhabi and the French government.
Currently, the museum hosts the exhibition "Japanese Connections: The Birth of Modern Decor", which runs until November 12. The exhibition features 50 works by 12 French and Japanese artists.
The exhibition is overseen by Isabelle Caen, curator at Musee d'Orsay. The works were collected from the collections of the Louvre Abu Dhabi, the Orsay Museum, the Guimet Museum of National Arts and the Museum of Decorative Arts.
