The Dubai Dolphinarium, the appearance of which has been waiting for so long, has finally opened its doors on the territory of Creek Park, which is on the coast of Dubai Bay. And invites all lovers of these beautiful animals to their daily performances.
Richard Bakhash, Director General of the Department of Projects and Planning of the Dubai Municipality, said that the dolphinarium in the future will be one of the main attractions of the new city project - Dubai Marine World, worth more than 35 million dirhams.
Bottlenose dolphins are playing in the new dolphinarium. It is worth noting that this is the third generation of dolphin artists born and raised in captivity.
As part of the Dubai Marine World project, which also includes a fish farm, a coral reef aquarium, a research center and a clinic for representatives of flora and fauna, the dolphinarium aims to educate children and adults in a more careful, rational attitude to animals and the environment. The second dolphinarium is scheduled for opening on the man-made island of The Palm Jumeirah.
