The hotel from a complex of theme parks in Dubai will become an international brand

The operator of the Dubai theme park complex is planning to expand the hotel chain of the local Lapita establishment in the region.

DXB Entertainment PJSC, operator of Dubai Parks and Resorts, the region’s largest theme park complex, has announced plans to expand its Lapita ™ brand through a regional and international network.

Recall that the official opening of the first Lapita ™ hotel, which is part of the Autograph Collection by Marriott, took place on January 2, 2017.

The Polynesian Lapita ™ Hotel Dubai is located in the heart of Dubai's theme park complex. It focuses on families and companies who want to stay close to all theme parks and at the same time enjoy their holidays. The hotel offers 504 rooms, including 60 suites and 3 villas, providing maximum comfort.

As part of its goal of increasing shareholder value and becoming a leading entertainment provider, DXB Entertainments is set to launch Lapita ™ in other major entertainment centers to present the best family hotel experience. The company intends to enter into management contracts with trusted partners in order to simplify the expansion initiative.

DXB Entertainment PJSC CEO Raed Kajur Al Nuaimi sees expansion plans as the next evolutionary step in the company's strategy.

In the last few weeks of March, the Lapita Dubai hotel was close to full, as the center recorded the highest attendance at the end of the local school holidays, ”Al Nuaimi said.

The company takes part in the upcoming Arabian Hotel Investment Conference (AHIC) from April 25 to April 27, 2017, along with more than 700 of the most influential representatives of the hospitality industry. Klaus Assmann, vice president of hotel and retail at DXB Entertainment PJSC, will be one of the key guests at the event and will introduce the Lapita ™ brand, shedding light on the Dubai Parks and Resorts offer, which complements the Lapita Hotel concept.
