From October 7 to 10, 2010, the 23rd international real estate exhibition DOMEXPO was held in the Gostiny Dvor of Moscow. The exhibition was organized by RVK EXPODESIGN under the patronage of the Moscow government and the Chamber of Commerce of the Russian Federation, with the support of the Russian Guild of Realtors, the Moscow Association of Realtors and the Association of Investors of Moscow.

The international real estate exhibition "DOMEXPO" has been held since 1999, in one of the best exhibition centers of the Russian capital - in the Gostiny Dvor. The exhibition was attended by more than 200 Russian and foreign companies representing real estate from 42 countries: apartments, apartments, residential complexes in new buildings and on the secondary market of large cities of the world; country houses, cottage villages, land plots; office buildings, shopping and business centers, hotel complexes, industrial and resort real estate.

The general partner of the exhibition was the company Don-Stroy Invest. Having successfully overcome financial difficulties, the company, in partnership with VTB Bank, continues to implement its projects, and, as before, remains one of the leaders in the real estate market in the business, premium and deluxe segments. Among the participants of DOMEXPO were such large companies as: Vedis-Group, Morton-Invest, NDV-Real Estate, United Construction Company, Incom-Real Estate, Est-a-Tet, MGSN, Best -Novostroy ", Good Wood, MAN, Group of Companies" MITs, Holding "Schelkovsky", Group of Companies "Etalon-LenSpets SMU", Urban Group, "White Beach", "Transregioninvest" and many others. Along with development and real estate companies in DOMEXPO was attended by large banks: Raiffeisenbank, Nordea Bank, Uralsib Bank, SOBINBANK, as well as insurance, legal, architectural and design erskie firm.

Most of the DOMEXPO exposition was occupied by housing offers in the most popular new economy class buildings today. The apartments in the new Marfino microdistrict and the Alekseevo, Nakhimovo and Yurlovo residential complexes were presented by the most successful developer of the capital - the Vedis Group company. A wide range of housing with an optimal ratio of "price and quality" in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Sochi and other cities is an asset of the leader in terms of sales in the primary housing market, the company "NDV-Real Estate". Famous Russian companies Morton, MGSN Holding, Schelkovsky Holding, Urban Group, MITS Group of Companies, Best-Newbuilding and others introduced the new buildings to Moscow suburbs. The exhibition was widely represented suburban housing: houses, townhouses, mansions , land plots About 40 popular villages in picturesque places near Moscow were presented by the largest realtor in the suburban real estate market - the company "INCOM-Real Estate".

Greetings to participants and guests of the exhibition were made by: A. Grishko, who read out the greeting from the chairman of the organizing committee of the exhibition, acting Moscow Mayor, Resin V.I., as well as Novitsky I. Following the results of the competition held by the organizing committee of the DOMEXPO exhibition on the eve of the opening of the exhibition and supported by the Moscow Investors Association in several categories, the following companies were awarded with diplomas and letters of appreciation on behalf of the management of the Moscow Urban Planning and Construction Complex:

On the eve of the exhibition, the 9th contest for the title "The Best Cottage Village at the DOMEXPO Real Estate Exhibition" was held. Diplomas and awards were handed to the winners by the president of the Reskor group of companies, Sergey V. Lupashko and the editor-in-chief of the Mir and Dom magazine group, Alexander Shevchuk:

  • A special diploma for leadership in the contest "The Best Cottage Village 2008-2010" was awarded to the cottage village "WHITE BEACH". Another special diploma of the National Association "Guild of Landscape Industry Professionals" was awarded to the cottage village "Millennium Park".

On the eve of the exhibition’s opening, the International Forum of Real Estate Market Professionals “The Modern Real Estate Market: Organized by the Moscow Association of Realtors and the International Exhibition“ DOMEXPO ”with the support of the RF CCI Committee on Real Estate Evaluation and Economics, was held at the Congress Center of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation. From the speeches made at the forum, it followed that many real estate professionals were able to rebuild and modernize their activities. Today we can state that true professionals have adequately coped with a difficult situation.

However, there remain problems, the civilized solution of which still requires persistent efforts both on the part of real estate market professionals, and on the part of legislative bodies, information support services and the media. The Forum Tribune was provided for speeches to representatives of the legislative and executive authorities, the Russian and foreign real estate community, financial institutions and marketing services.

The Moscow Investors Association, analyzing the situation in the real estate market, proposed holding a round table discussion on the Ways of Increasing the Inflow of Investments in the City’s Construction Industry. Forms of Attracting Investments Possible for Application within the DOMEXPO Business Program The co-organizers of this event were the Department of Economic Policy and Development, the Department of Property, the Department of Urban Development and the Department of Land Resources of Moscow, as well as the Moscow Control and the Moscow Heritage.

Also within the framework of the exhibition, a traditional scientific-practical conference on suburban real estate was held, which was held in the format of a discussion club. Discussion topic: Transitional Country Real Estate: Course on Modernization.

The business program "DOMEXPO" was in great demand among visitors and the press and included open seminars on credit issues, the investment climate and the processes taking place in the real estate markets of different countries. Representatives of foreign embassies, businessmen, heads of foreign firms, and analysts held a number of seminars, presented new projects, and organized an interesting cultural program as speakers. Every day, within the framework of the exhibition, various seminars, scientific and practical conferences, round tables and consultations on all pressing issues of the real estate market were held, both for professionals in the real estate market and for private visitors. Representatives of the legislative and executive authorities, employees of banks, construction, real estate, insurance and law companies took part in the events. Visitors to the exhibition received full information about the conditions for acquiring real estate, registration of property rights, taxation and obtaining a residence permit in different countries of the world.

For buyers of real estate abroad: in Cyprus, Montenegro, Spain and Italy, in conjunction with the company InvestPravo PROPERTY, a special event was organized - "Tours for real estate." The best UAE real estate projects were presented at the stands of the emirate companies IMEX Real Estate and Amlak Real Estate. All exhibitors received diplomas of participants.
