Dubai’s latest UAV airline DNATA’s latest acquisition is Alpha Flight Group Ltd. She was bought from the Italian Autogrill from Milan. The annual turnover of Alpha Flight Group Ltd is 2.3 billion dirhams (US $ 626 million). It has a staff of 5,800 people in 11 countries. Alpha employees cook 120,000 meals per day for 58 airports around the world.
The acquisition of Alpha Flight Group Ltd is DNATA's largest purchase to date. Currently, 12 thousand people work in DNATA, while the company manages 200 retail outlets and stores.
In its latest financial report, the company indicated that its operating profit for the 2009-2010 financial year increased by 19.7% compared to the previous year and amounted to 559 million dirhams (US $ 152 million).
